Closing Your Gransino Account — Canada

There are several reasons you might want to close, pause or restrict your Gransino account. Cool-off, self-exclusion or closure

A cool-off period is a short pause of a few days or weeks. Your account reactivates automatically afterwards.

Self-exclusion is a longer block, from six months up to permanent. Account closure is a definitive request to terminate the account.

How to do it

Sign in, go to Settings, then Player Protection. Choose the option that fits your situation. The change is applied immediately.
